I love Colour Blocking!

I found this amazing image on Kim Nicolai's Blog.

It inspired me to do this watercolour. Decided not to use pencil or marker, but paint it straight on paper. 

A little experiment and I like it.

Strawberry

Don't Hurt Me

I collect photographs that inspire me. Photographs that jump at me from the page or screen. So I now have a big shopper next to my drawingtable filled with inspiration. Usually I am pretty good at writing down where the pictures are from, but with this image I cannot remember exactely. It says November 2010 on the page and I think it is from Marie Claire Magazine. Please correct me if I am wrong.

This image shows a model in a Neopreen parka by Givenchy. The parka is black in real life but I made it red. Like little red riding hood. I love the strong face on this model. Hope you like it.
