Do the bustle

From Marie Claire, September 2010
Love this tulle skirt!

Tulle takes its name from the French city Tulle, where it has been made since around 1700. The fabric has a sparse weave - delicate, transparent and veil-like - composed of very fine threads that form a hexagonal weave.
