Meditation

And now for something different. 

I meditate daily (I advise everyone to pick up this habit, it is lifechanging, really, give it a try).

I do different meditations and visualisations depending on my needs at that moment.
One of them I decided to put to paper. Mother Earth and the Cosmos, male and female, unite in you. Their energies circle and melt into you. Use this energy and reconnect.
